Individual coaching
Before any coaching program, there is a complimentary Chemistry session where both you and your coach test the desire and suitability to work with each other.
If you both decide to work with each other, the program can last for a minimum of 6 months with 2 sessions per month. As you build a trusting relationship with your coach, it allows you to go deep in yourself and (re)-discover what is truly important to you, what you want to create but also how you sabotage yourself.
Each individual is unique and so is his or her coaching trajectory, but there are generally 3 phases in the program whose duration will depend on the client.
Step 1: See and Lighten your Spark
Gain Clarity and Reconnect with yourself
Before you change anything in your life, you have to understand what brought you to where you are. So, the first step is to do inner work to develop a greater understanding of yourself, your habits, and how you view yourself and the world. In this phase, you will identify your core values, purpose, strengths but also the limiting beliefs that are holding you back from living the unlived life.
Step 2: Let go, Say “Yes” and Commit
Let Go and Move on
In this phase, using your emotions and cognition, you will release and let go of the habits, patterns, and reactions which no longer serve you and hold you back. It is a beautiful part of the process whereby letting go of the “old”, you create space for the “new” to emerge. This will result in breakthroughs in your life.
Step 3: Take Action and Make it Last
Reset and Embed
The rest of your work with your coach will focus on experimenting with new ways of being and doing, realigning your life around what really matters to you, reinforcing your new patterns, and using them to achieve the goals you set at the beginning of your coaching program.
