For moments when what once worked no longer fits — and the next chapter has not yet formed.
What once brought clarity, motivation, or meaning no longer does. This is not a crisis of competence.
It is a developmental transition — an internal process where identity, meaning, and direction are quietly reorganizing.
Together, we make sense of this in‑between phase, work at the psychological and embodied level, and support a quieter, truer identity to take shape so that action becomes easier and more aligned.
As the Talmud wisely asks;
“If not me, who? If not now, when?”
The only real question is not whether you are ready —
but whether something in you recognizes this moment.
A sense that something is ending — even if nothing appears wrong on the outside.
A simple structure for complex moments — Not Stages — Not linear — Not something to complete
A space to understand what is happening – without needing to act
Identifying patterns, endings and internal movements that often go unnamed.
Allowing coherence to emerge, so action becomes natural rather than forced.

Navigating career, relational, and identity shifts — including the ones that are hard to explain.
Deepening self-understanding, restoring vitality, and reconnecting with what feels true.
Regaining emotional balance, resilience, and inner steadiness.
Senior leaders and professionals who have outgrown an old way of living and working, even if life still looks successful from the outside.
People in the in‑between of a transition — after something has quietly ended, before a new chapter is clear — feeling a loss of clarity, energy, or inner compass.
International, high‑functioning individuals navigating complex career, relational, or identity shifts that are hard to explain to others, and who sense that “pushing harder” is no longer the answer
I am a transition coach, supporting people through moments when life quietly asks for something different.
My path was not linear.
I began as an engineer and business leader, drawn to structure, systems, and problem-solving. But my wife’s battle with leukemia confronted me with life’s fragility — and with the limits of control, performance, and certainty.
During that period, I experienced what it truly means to feel out of choice.
And I discovered that even then, what remains possible is the choice of how we stand inside what is happening.
What I understand now is that this transformation was the visible outcome of a deeper, mostly unconscious transition.
This insight led me to retrain in psychology and dedicate my work to helping others navigate their own transitions — not by forcing change, but by learning to stay present in the in-between.
Based in the Netherlands, I draw on science, leadership experience, and psychological depth to create spaces where the next chapter can emerge with coherence and ease.
Going through a transition can feel profoundly lonely.
You don’t have to do it alone.
What clients often describe is not dramatic change —
but a gradual return of clarity, vitality, and ease.
